Recently, Michael Vizard, IT journalist at Security Boulevard spoke with Brendan Hannigan, CEO and Co-founder of Sonrai Security for a recent article, “Sonrai Security Deepens Security Ties With AWS.”
The article covers our relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including the addition of our AWS Security Competency status in Identity and Data Protection and the Sonrai Dig integration with AWS Control Tower. Our relationship builds on an existing collaboration with AWS to help customers move fast and to deliver value on AWS with Sonrai Dig.

With Sonrai Dig, companies can quickly configure accounts to meet security and compliance requirements in addition to receiving full visibility of all identities — both human and non-human — and data stores in the cloud. Sonrai Dig delivers real-time actionable information on the security and compliance of customer workloads on AWS.
AWS has been on a bit of a tear lately when it comes to expanding its cloud security offerings. The company announced at AWS re:Inforce last week that it was partnering with more organizations to help further secure AWS environments. This is just the latest in a string of announcements AWS has made around enhancing its security capabilities. Ultimately, the partnership between AWS and Sonrai Security will help to better protect customer data and improve the overall security of AWS environments.
Not long ago, AWS announced that Sonrai Security is now an AWS Partner Network (APN) Advanced Technology Partner and has achieved the AWS Security Competency. This designation recognizes that Sonrai Security has demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success in delivering tools and services that help customers secure their data in the cloud. As part of the APN, Sonrai Security will have access to resources that will help them further accelerate their growth and scale
