The “Free for 2025” Promotion offers the Cloud Permissions Firewall, including third-party access controls, free for 5 AWS accounts until December 30, 2025.
This Promotion is only available to businesses to use with the business AWS accounts of the company they register with and is not intended for personal use. To be eligible, you must onboard your AWS Organization within 14 days of receiving login credentials and deploy controls within 14 days of onboarding. This offer is limited to companies using AWS Organizations with an Org Level CloudTrail of less than 100GB/Month. Usage is assessed monthly on the last day of every month. If a Company exceeds usage, overages will be billed at a rate of $125/month per any overage account, prorated for the remaining duration of the term of this promotion, with a minimum purchase of 5 overage accounts, and payment terms of net 30. Invoices will be sent to your email address. This program is by invitation only and unavailable to existing customers, partners or competitors. Sonrai has the right to reject any registrant, and the right to terminate services offered under this program at any time, at its sole discretion.
The Cloud Permissions Firewall requires onboarding at the org level to work correctly. Regardless of how many accounts you onboard within that organization, as long as you deploy controls in no more than five (5) accounts, you will not be charged before December 30th, 2025, however, if any Cloud Permissions Firewall controls are deployed in more than five (5) accounts, the billing terms above will be enforced.
The Offer will automatically renew for an annual term at the then current price unless Company notifies Sonrai within 30 days of the expiration of this Promotion. Pricing will be determined at the expiration of this Offer by the total number of AWS member accounts contained therein.
