We are hiring a Technical Account Manager for our client success team focused on engaging with our clients, building relationships, and managing their solution implementation. This position will play an important role in ensuring client satisfaction with the Sonrai Platform and success in their goals of securing their cloud environments.
In addition to engaging with customers on a daily basis, you will also gather their feedback and experiences with the Platform and share this feedback with the product development team, providing important customer perspectives and influencing product roadmap and development.
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and passionate about customer success and Cybersecurity.
Responsible for:
- Manage customer expectations, project scope, and resources needed to guide our customers into a zero trust maturity model
- Driving the customer satisfaction, solution implementation, renewals for assigned customers
- Develop and communicate project, portfolio, and program status, risks and issues to all levels of stakeholders, ranging from technical staff to executives
- Organizing internal stake holders to represent customer requirements from support tickets to roadmap overview
- Providing the product & engineering team feedback on features used and suggested by end-users
