Sonrai Security, a cloud based security company, is looking for a client success advocate, focused on engaging with our clients and building relationships to help them address their cloud security concerns. This position will play an important role in ensuring client satisfaction with the Sonrai Platform and success in their goals of securing their cloud environments.
In addition to engaging with customers on a daily basis, you will also gather their feedback and experiences with the Platform and share this feedback with the product development team, providing important customer perspective and influence product roadmap and development.
